  Domestic sun-dried salt

  Salt can largely be categorized into sea salt and refined salt(salt obtained by electrolysis of seawater then removing impurities, heavy metal and others, through iron resin scree), and in sea salt contains large amounts of calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, iron and other minerals and water. The sea salt produced in the west coast of Korea contained 81.75% sodium chloride, which was superior to that of guerande salt of France containing 89.57% sodium chloride. In addition, the sea salt produced in the west coast of Korea was proven to have 3~4 times the amount of potassium, magnesium and other minerals.
  AUNO Nutty completely excludes refined salt made through chemical treatment, and uses only the Korean sea salt made through wind, sunlight, and the beauty of waiting.

  Domestic peanuts

  Rich in unsaturated fatty acid, tocopherol, vitamins and others, peanut is the representative nut most familiar to people around the world. Auno NutDy uses only fresh domestic peanuts instead of Chinese peanuts despite the high price and supply problems.

  Rice syrup made of Korean rice

  The grain syrup is assumed to have been made since before the 17th century, and the method of making it is as follows. The recordings from 《Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub(1924)》 indicates ‘grain syrup is made through steaming in glutinous (Chinese) millet then mixing it with cold water and malt before it cools, then it is put in a pot, then taken out and put into a sack to remove liquid. And when pitted jujube is boiled soft and mixed together, and put into a pot with honey and left in the sealed pot for approximately a month and buried in the ground, it makes great white honey of fine quality’. And it is known that grain syrup was taken by crown princes before their studies in the court during the Joseon Dynasty for brain development. AUNO Nutty completely excludes starch syrup, oligosaccharide and others made with starch of corn and others, subjected to GMO controversies with unknown sources, and uses only the Korean rice grain syrup.

  High-quality natural butter

  Butter can be categorized into natural butter and processed butter and the criteria for the categorization is the content of milk fat. Processed butter refers to the products that contain 50~79% milk fat content and also contain other ingredients such as palm oil and other artificial chemical compounds. Natural butter refers to the products that contain more than 80% milk fat, and the amount of milk content is higher in products from dairy farming countries, and the quality can also said to be higher quality. AUNO Nutty completely excludes margarine and processed butter, which are a feast of artificial chemical compounds, and uses only high quality natural butter with 100% milk fat content.
